It might be game day, as Yankee Pate would call it, but that doesn't mean there aren't other important issues to be addressed.

Some time ago i bought a sammidge toaster and, as is the correct procedure, put it in the cupboard and forgot all about it. Having rediscovered it recently though, i've been going toastie crazy.

Does anyone have any favourite, winning filling combos or tips on how to make the perfick specimen?

Fish finger toastie, hot lunch for the busy man.

I do them in the griddle pan though, the Breville thing is a bit too kitsch for me. 😉
