I hope I haven't helped to put people off by questioning how strong the City team will be. The club and MT's messaging has been a bit difficult to decipher. I see that last season at a similar distance to the first fixture that we started with close to a first choice XI.

And even if MT doesn't start any of the outfield first choice team that could mean an interesting enough team

Lee Caprice Pond Diabate Grounds Kite Coley Iseguan Cox plus 2 youth team (or even triallists!)

Plus the full first team for the second half?
