Bet Harry stays in Goal
Yep. First load of changes just took place.

Of the youngsters that played the first 30 Pond looked good and Billington (I think?) in the middle of the park impressed me with his positivity when in possession, always looking to carry the ball forward.

**** knows who is who now.

Someone, wearing the number 16 shirt playing left wing-back just made a jinxing run from deep beat two or three then dragged his shot wide. Bit of a bobbler too. Shame, it would have been a great goal.

Normal first friendly fare really. Players getting their legs moving again. I actually thought that Hartridge looks a bit leggy and had a few difficult moments against Niall Thompson. Pond looked comfortable. Both Billington and Borges show for the ball well and want to pass forward. Nelson had a scrappy half. Jack Arthur made a sharp save down to his left when Nombe and Cox linked up well.

The Youth Team have actually looked more lively, particularly the wingers Alfie Clark and Joe Wragg who both had decent individual attempts. Aamir Daniels looks a fit lad and is getting up and down well from right back as is Max Edgecombe at left back.

Must have been worked hard at the vale , they all look knackered, some nice football by the 18s though 👏
