Didn't look like it. I'd suggest he needs a lot of games to get match fit so it was probably pre-determined.
Ah well, come on Sonny and show him how it's done ! :)

99% sure that was Jack Arthur in goal not Harry Lee as advertised.

Correct. Confident young man.

Cox looks to be staying on. Agree with comments on Nombe above - good signs but a long way off fitness. Was also diaappointed by Rowe - didn't look confident at all

Big Nige easily man of the first half. Superb.

It actually looked like Jack Arthur in goal in the first half. Nombe may not be match sharp (who is at this stage of pre season) but he is very quick. Could have done better with the one on one but went for power and Lewis Williams blocked. The second chance would have been offside anyway. As you would expect with two new forwards, there are relationships and understandings to be built. Nombe looks like he would like earlier balls.

Fairly one sided otherwise without getting that goal. Big Nige has stood out in midfield and allowed Archie more freedom. Almost a carbon copy goal from Weston when Josh pulled back for Archie but the shot was ripped over.

All in all a good workout and good intentions from the first half team.

Ps. It looks like Sweenz has never been away 😉.

Despite what it says and what has just been announced, it looks like Jack Arthur is continuing in goal and Scott Brown has kitted up. Possible that Harry Lee has picked up a injury I guess in warm up.
