Hope you've got a lot of reading material, Box sets etc at hand?
I have indeed , Netflix too. And I play a lot of online chess. Also , as I make wine and beer at home I won’t be short of that either.
So much for the summer plans eh but have to take a day at a time !?

So in this country kids football carries on and schools remain open.
Yes because in this country approx 25-30% of kids live in single parent families. If schools are closed and mum gets sick (remember: pneumonia is an extremely common symptom of corona in over 35s), the kids will have to stay with (vulnerable) grandparents or be cared for by the state (in big, expensive, and highly infectious groups).

Once schools are closed, there is no going back until the whole situation has settled, which may be up to 6 months. Where are the children of doctors and nurses supposed to spend the next 6 months? Fending for themselves?

In this country people are thinking about the options and their implications rather than panicking and potentially ruining the entire economy for 6+ months.

There is always that possibility , just got to that remember I may have to drive somewhere in an emergency. Apart from that a lounger , good book and a few pints beckon. Might as well die happy.Let’s hope it is a good summer.

Well at least we now know there’s no time limit on finishing the season.

Maybe still possible for two games a week to played in June.

Optimistic I'd say but possible, Think April will be defining to see how we're doing with this virus, They kept saying we were about 4-6 wks behind Italy on its trajectory so by then we might see how the UK's efforts are and if we're doing things right

Just said that schools could be out for 12 months.

I guess they have no real idea on time wise as it’s unpredictable.

Just as Alice Cooper predicted all those years ago!
