We had 14 corners never really troubled the goalkeeper hartridge is becoming a top player we don’t seem to use his long throw at all

Scott looks like he will be more than a handful once he gets into gear. Tall, strong and no slouch for a big man. Him and Nombe is not strike force you want to come across on a dark night. Or if you're picking one or the other at least we have a good alternative to come off the bench.

Think we've lost the ability to tackle. The number of 50/50s we're losing is embarrassing and Caprice, in particular, I'm pointing the finger at you. Where's the Graham Parker or Whitehead at present? Hate us being this soft.

If we haven't got anyone capable of attacking corners then how would lobbing throw ins into the box be any more successful?

In that line up,White can be effective, but Stansfield needs to stay alongside Nombe and White has to stay close enough behind them to feed the ball through.

following through
Collins floating it into the keepers hands is the biggest culprit

Fantastic attendance today to think we had budgeted for 5400 average extra £30.000 👍

Charlton first goal was class, both the ball in and finish.

I thought kite and Mcdonald complimented each other well when they came on.

Brown would have been the difference maker in the second half. Charlton where poor in that period.

Stansfield needs to stay on the bench. I have to say that other than a handful of games after he joined he’s been dreadful. Runs around a lot but doesn’t do much else: doesn’t run at players, doesn’t shoot, doesn’t cross and rarely wins a ball. I never feel confident that he’ll score when on the ball, unlike his fellow forwards.
