I loved Craig's comment regarding Stanno's first goal in front of the Big Bank: "It's a duck off his back."

Presumably no albatrosses were available at SJP this afternoon.

So, have we actually scored from a corner at last? Or not...

A very honest man.
He sounded deflated but determined.
I think he spoke well.

Was Mitchell a close second?

Just before MItchell scored I was thinking how quiet he and Archie had been down the left as most of our attacking threat came from Josh and Stanno on the right...

Thing that struck me was that Mitchell curled that ball in with his right foot! So good to have a wing back that has that ability with his weaker foot.

I was really impressed by how he spoke at the Fans Forum last week and in his post match interview today.
He seems to be really buying into what we’re trying to do and what we’re about in general.
And obviously his performances on the pitch are backing that up.
I think he’s been a very good signing and hopefully we’ll have him with us for the foreseeable future.

Who was MOM?
Stanno but it you could have easily argued a case for Mitchell, Kite and even Josh Key today. All four had very good influential games today.
