My best wishes for 2021 to everyone in the City family, in God's own or exiled round the country and world.

It can't be worse, shirley...

Hate to put a damper on things, but the signs aren't great are they.

If there's any hitches with the vaccines which, let's face it, is certainly feasible, then we are farked.

Depends what you mean by hitches. More over promising. 2 million a week! You just know that when we have 'only done' 300,000 say next week, the tabloids will be full of 'vaccine shambles' headlines.

The priority over the next 6 weeks has to be shield and vaccinate the vulnerable and get the infection rate down. Both will take the pressure off the hospitals.

Anyway sorry, this isn't the lockdown thread!

HNY, and please oh humble Government, make realism and honesty with the suffering masses your New Year resolution.
