Drama queen much? Calm yourself down petal, pretty much every single word you’ve written is nothing more than your own hysteria, and given that a mere 24hrs ago we won 4-0 it should be patently obvious that we DON’T need a striker either ASAP or desperately.Sorry but there is absolutely no debate around whether we need a new striker, we need one desperately.
Nombe WILL have an injury this season, Brown and Jay aren't number 9's and the jury is massively out on Cox and there is no reason to believe he is going to make the grade, we need someone ASAP and MT knows it.
Ten schmen. A striker’s a striker - who was it once said that football’s a simple game complicated by idiots? Our number ten is Sam Nombe. Go figure.Jay isn't an out and out striker, he's a number ten. Brown is far better playing as a ten than as the lead striker. Nombe obviously is and Cox is still very young, raw work in progress and probably not yet ready for League 1 football.

Ha ha, classic Moxey. Devon Red is right, we need another striker.Drama queen much? Well , if the manager thinks so I’ll go along with that.We had to get in Zanzala last season to stand in for Sam , he knows it could happen again at anytime .Ha ha, classic Moxey. Devon Red is right, we need another striker.
Every manager that’s ever lived is permanently desperate for players. There hasn’t been one born yet that given the chance wouldn’t want to improve their squad. if you win 4-0 you really aren’t ‘desperate’ for anything. And yet just a week ago Matt T said this:
"We are desperate for players and desperate for centre forwards, but as I have said all along, I can’t create extra money. I can’t force loan clubs to release their players earlier"
Now I wonder who's right, some punter who is permanently outraged, or the manager of our football club, Mr. Matt Taylor...?
PS. Feel free to rant and rave. I know you have a free pass to do that on Exeweb and it's water off a Duck's arse to me.
PS. Using capital letters is a sign of hysteria and a very dramatic queen.
I'd say we are pretty desperate for a striker unless you are expecting Nombe to play every game this season. Maybe we could convert Jonathan Grounds to a striker, he's big and could hold it up and let our other more technical players find space??Every manager that’s ever lived is permanently desperate for players. I‘m assuming that you’ll never question anything the manager says or does while he still has his job?
