3-5-2 wingback formation when everyone fit could be:

GK Dawson

RCB Sweeney
CB Ray
LCB Hartridge

RWB Key
LWB Daniel

CM Taylor
CM Collins
ACM Brown

CF (Just off front man) Jay
CF Nombe

Subs: Lee (GK), Stubbs, Sparkes, Dieng, Kite, Edwards, Amond.

Not even making the bench: Dyer, Grounds, Caprice, Rowe, Nige, Coley, Iseguan, Cox, Seymour. Squad all of a sudden looks strong. Naturally, we’ll have a number of injuries at any one time, so we everyone will get chances. Optimistic about our chances.

Indeed, people saying we are weaker "by some way" are... well... wrong.

Indeed. I wasn’t until I typed it all that I realised how much depth we have in some areas. Good pace in there too. We’re looking decent.

Only thing im wondering is whether MT will stick with this formation or tweak it - Coley, Edwards and Iseguan feel a bit underused it's current state, as does the potential for Kite to be a benchwarmer with Dieng....

Quality throughout now though. Would have liked a big man up front option but apart from that we're looking sound.

What I'd like... Coley, Edwards to be on bench to come on and change to a 4231 or 433.
Likes of Stubbs, Dyer, Cox on the fringes.
Rowe, Pond, Iseguan loan?

After all the angst over the summer I'm pretty happy with the squad we've ended up with. Some of the recent signings have added some real quality and depth to the squad - Podge and Owura have already shown their quality and this new boy sounds exciting. Overall, we've got some good competition for places while not completely blocking opportunities for our youngsters. Dyer and Lee are probably both one injury away from playing for the first team while it wouldn't take too many injuries for the likes of Seymour or Cox to be needed up front.
And while it was disappointing to lose Randall it's hard to argue the club lacks ambition when we've managed to keep hold of Key, Lee and Cox.
