If anyone going to Southend wants me to bring them a copy of the new Brazil book 'Have you ever played Brazil? The story of Exeter City's 1914 tour to South America' then just let me know. Cost is £20 but this will save you £5 on postage and packaging. If you make contact over next few hours (today; Monday) then I might even be able to get Christy Pym and Matt Grimes to sign it for you (they are at EDGs tonight).

I am not normally one to eulogise, but, believe you me, this is one seriously good book. If you have even a passing interest in ECFC then it is worth the outlay. Some of the material has probably never seen the light of day before. The book would also make a terrific birthday/Christmas gift. 10/10

May I add my own endorsement of this book, it's superb. The last 2 chapters what happened afterwards (WW1) are particularly poignant.
