Often with transfers or loans there are announcement embargo conditions until everything is formally signed and approved.
As this would appear to be a three way deal with a 'chain' it could well be simply those factors preventing an official announcement at the moment.

We tend to wait for an interview to be lined up as well most of the time, so with the long trip up to Carlisle tomorrow we'll probably announce him Monday after he has played on Saturday
