Good choice. Are you getting a bit of Five Spice or Tabasco in amongst that egg mayo?
More traditional shitloads of black pepper

A bap is a bleddy bap not a sammidge. *shakes fist*
Ruling: In the interest of inclusion, baps, cobs, barmcakes, rolls and the like will be accepted as sarnies for the purposes of this thread. The court finds that portability and convenience are the defining factors. *bangs gavel*

Great thread Swanny (y)

Ruling understood.

As long as nobody chooses one of those bleddy sweet buns/baps that are served with burgers etc these days. Feckin’ dire.

1. Centre wedge of a French baguette split, lightly spread with a dill butter and lined with the finest Scottish smoked salmon.

2. Rare English roast beef, lightly daubed with horseradish and enclosed within one slice of fluffy white bread and a slice of ciabatta. No butter.

3. Camembert affine au Calvados with apple and grape on malted or multigrain bread.

I’ll give this the thought it deserves but will, in the meantime, report that I had a ham hock, gherkin and mustardy mayo roll thing from Sainsburys the other day and it was very tasty indeed.
