What are your top three go-to sarnie combos? Bonus pointage for specific bread pairings.

1. Brie, Apple and Grape - betwixt some sort of malted/multigrain bread
2. Cheese, Red Onion and Brown Sauce - on a soft brown bap. The cheaper and more vinegary the brown sauce, the better.
3. Cheese and Cucumber - best on a light and fluffy white bread.

My mate used to swear by Peanut Butter and Bran Flakes. Apparently the cereal stops the PB from sticking to the roof of the mouth!

Go!

Shirley 2 & 3 do not qualify as a “sandwich“ ? Two wedges of bread needed otherwise the filling is not “in”

Good choice. Are you getting a bit of Five Spice or Tabasco in amongst that egg mayo?

Open sandwiches have no place here. Are you suggesting that a bap doesn't qualify as a sarnie?

Fried egg on top, so that the yolk bursts all over the bacon. Yay or nay?

A bap is a bleddy bap not a sammidge. *shakes fist*

Agree that open sammidges are just wrong and should not come into it.
