So, looks like Chelski have pledged to pay a living wage to all employees - other than them, & the Hearts, the only other senior team to do so are Luton Town.

He's right of course, Its a market place but does make very uncomfortable reading, Reminds me when PAFC staff were working for nothing and Brent took over, Paying those staff wasn't part of the deal
