However we've got to a state where we don't have enough qualified HGV Drivers from the UK and one of the Government proposals is to make the HGV test easier, Not sure if I want a "Easier Qualified" person in charge of a 44ton articulated lorry or one carrying inflammable or hazardous materials on our roads.Well of course it was.
