Just starting to rain up here in dear old Isca.

Who knows...by 8pm the pitch might even be soft enough for Mr Stubbs to make a surprise reappearance?
Peeing down here in Plymuff for 2 hours now - pitch drainage poor due to us having a Chas, anyone for under water polo ?

PAFC Displays make announcement
As mentioned a few moments ago, the weather forecast for tonight is not a good one and it has led to this message from volunteer group PAFC Displays.

If Carlsberg did football clubs...
Mmmmm. If I were a player going into the game Id be up for it more knowing my gaffer played in the Old Firm, as opposed to Schumacher for example. I also genuinely think it will be part of his team talks going into today. Players will be right up for it and I expect them to look up for it.

So many times under Tisdale we looked like we didnt give a t*ss.
Tizzer had a good record against them lot. Especially considering we were three leagues apart when he took over.

No fear tonight. Good luck to all and our new man Caldwell will lead us well.

By Montpelier school.

Edit: this is tougher at a night game but doable. Failing that the roads off the Morrison's on outland road should be good as they've all got driveways there.

Anywhere but at the ground. Park some distance away and walk.

It takes ages to get out and their hoolies may be on the lookout for cars with Exeter dealers labels, ECFC stickers, or other tell tales.

I've been struck down with COVID today for the first time.
I've got a splitting headache but that won't stop me tuning into the match on TV later.
Hopefully our performance and result will cheer me up a bit.

Loving the boy Stanno
Parked up near Morrisons and have made it into the ground without being beaten up, stabbed or set on fire, or all three. Phew.
