Indeed it isn't. For some reason I always Liked Paul Young's version the best.
For me, It's the Paul Young version because I heard it first and had no idea that it was a cover. And I've also got 'previous' with Paul Young having copied him in to a Tweet to the fictitious character Stephen Toast which ended with the fictitious character saying that he'd always liked Streetband because all the ladies wanted a 'little piece of toast'. I'm assuming every click earns Paul Young and all the others involved some pennies.

Anything by The Cravats http://www.thecravats.com/lyrics.html . Say 'Burning Bridges' or 'Situations Vacant'.

That Is Life - Cravat

Again have no idea of the quality or otherwise of said tunes. Apologies for not have posted for a while. I was rudely interrupted by work. Don't expect it in the Civil Service.

Not even if it's the version with Ade Edmondson ?

For all the returnees, Welcome Home by Peters and Lee.
