This is the first time the new manager will have had a whole week to prepare the players for a game so I wonder if we might see something a bit different on Saturday. I can understand why we've stuck with 3 at the back but switching to 4-3-3 would solve some of the selection dilemmas in midfield and attack.

It's not our fault their club didn't do due diligence before signing Joel. After all, plenty of us on here were surprised that a club were prepared to spend more than a million pounds on someone who had only played about 30 league games and had suffered two hamstring injuries in the previous season.

He was different gravy in those 30 games though, almost unplayable In L2 terms. I don’t think Peterborough was the right fit for him.

Have you seen how much stick he takes from their fans…apparently we conned them out of £1m. Perhaps we might get him back on the cheap, I’d love to see him in red and white again, and live!

As good as he was for us I think we've got enough people on the sick list without bringing in another player whose availability is likely to be limited.
