Looks like the promotional photo for a new TV detective show.

Wonder whether there's room for a director of football needed there as well

They took quite a while to get this appointment over the line I guess the smug one must have been holding out for a bit of a deal.

I don't think he has changed one iota, this is a link to something published this week...
If you can't be @rsed to read it, imagine what the average Gashead's going to make of this Tispeak:

"Coaching is worthless without the clarity of macro direction. Can the leader set the tone and galvanise the group for each challenge that lies ahead? This is fundamental. Keep it simple and work together.
Only then can the detail of coaching have an impact.
Successful Management is about alignment of purpose between all stakeholders so that the path forward is understood. Everyone must agree on ‘what success looks like’.
Your job as the head coach/ manager is as much strategist, risk assessor, sales person and psychologist as it is a coach."

The man really nailed the 'working together' thing at St James Park didn't he?

Oakley, Mel G and a few others will now not need to worry about a future of unemployment.

For a year anyway.

Harley will join as a coach, mark my words.

I can see Tisdale taking them down.
Suspect he may have to work with those in post, at least this season.

The manager was the only one relieved of his duties, and I can't see them taking on more staff in the current climate - there is already a GK coach etc.

There may be a clear out once contracts expire, but he'll need to keep them up first.

Wonder if he will be making calls to his past favourites.

I believe Alex Russell is currently available

Strange comment.

It's Bristol Rovers, it's not a massive step up.

Also I'm not sure some of the coaches are too close to Tisdale.

Yes who might we lose? Tisdale's been gone two and a half years now our coaches and staff have moved on from then and are working in a different environment now, unless you know something we don't?

They're pretty well staffed up; they've even got an assistant to the kit man

A couple of Gulls old boys running the Academy there.
