I agree, he has been consistent all season with very few goals against us being down to any mistake from Jamal. It was the "he has problems getting down to shots" bollox that has always got me, he's been dropping on groundshots all season. Just the kind of clichéd comment that people will always level at tall keepers.
He’s clearly improved over the season, to suggest he’s been as good as he currently is is rubbish. All credit to him for getting to this level, he’s worked hard.

But he hasn't been dodgy as people have been suggesting. He's been solid and consistent all season and has stood up to be counted when required. Today he won us the game and all of a sudden people have woken to how solid he's been all the time but can't face the fact.

Jamal has always been a decent shot-stopper but he seems to be controlling his box better and communicating more with his defenders.
