I just don't like banning an opinion. Also at this time he has not been found guilty of incitement, That process is still going on in the US on whether he stands trial for it or allowed to run for office again, See where that ends up then he's banned if found guilty.

Ronald Reagan was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in late 1994 nearly 6 years after he left office. It is said that he could not remember having been President in his later years but not while he was in office. It is unproven that he had this illness while in office. His inspiring “Tear Down This Wall” speech in June 1987 suggests that if he had this condition then it was not affecting him too badly.
