Because sometimes Kane is shit, to be frank, when he's not 100%. Why does any team have multiple players for the same position? Daft question.
Kane is by far and away our best number 9, even when he isn't firing - he's also the captain and first name on the team sheet and rightly so.

Let's agree to disagree but the fact of the matter is, Watkins unfortunately isn't as good as we like to believe and whilst he's had a decent run of late, I'd be surprised to see him in an England shirt any time soon.

With Spurs, Kane can afford to drop deep because Son is always a willing runner. When he does it in an England shirt we look pedestrian. Ollie could do Son's role IMO.
