The first time I saw The Stranglers was at Bristol Colston Hall in 1982, the last time at Beautiful Days in 2019. They were as good both times although now sadly there’s only JJ Burnel left of the original line up.

Apparently she passed away after having surgery due to a nasty fall recently.

An horrendous accident, To lose a child must be awful, The four familes were getting ready for Xmas, Presents bought etc and now having to prepare to lay their children to rest. My heart goes out to them all, A stark reminder that even though cold here in the UK at the moment, an frozen lake looks inviting but it won't even take a childs weight, We're not Scandinavia or some other place where it freezes hard. RIP to all four of them.
