Seymour 'thrown to the lions'?

He's an adult. If he wants a career in professional football then he has had plenty of opportunities to at least prove that to us. You make it sound as though we are Grimsby Town at the foot of the league and playing against the All Blacks every week.

It's up to Seymour if he really wants it enough. He doesn't even have to score, just actually look as though the passion is there, the desire, the willingness to get involved instead of being peripheral every single time he plays.

He has an opportunity that many young men won't get and it seems that he's destined for a career in car sales or something. He doesn't appear to have a winning mentality or he'd have shown it by now.
