It doesn't matter who they appoint as long as it's someone with a bit of premier league or international experience because nothing is going to change for the better. Our players aren't as good as the Germans, Italians, Spanish, Brazilians, Argies or many others and our level in world football is to qualify for the finals of the two competitions and that's about it.
We don't have a large enough pool of top internationals playing in the Premiership, let alone the Champions League , to compete with Europe's best and that situation won't alter whilst the be all and end all of English football is the Premiership.
Save yourself some money FA and get someone cheap in. Oh and by the way, why were you paying Roy Hodgson all that money ?
