ANALYSIS

My sauces report that Spoonz is ready to launch his snorter so we need to move this filler question along.

FBH referred to The Jam and while that band is not the answer they do assist somewhat in the overall scheme of things.

As regards the City, while it is not Berlin have a listen to David Bowie as recommended by Mr Ballz.

As regards the maths segment, iscalad had drawn attention to the relevant discipline on which to focus.

Herr Hitler has been identified, also by isca, as relevant to the planned reorganisation of Europe which is the final part of the answer.
