Therein lies the problem for the club I guess. Not saying anything leads to speculation, but putting out a statement bring more eyes on the issue. Club can’t really win either way!The truth will out,it always does,but in the meantime,rumour and conjecture aren’t helpful in any scenario,so probably best left to the club to sort it out
I think they might have been hoping nobody cared enough about our 3rd choice GK to notice. But if we have taken the decision to suspend him like AA says, then I think the club is wrong not to issue a statement. If it’s just conjecture then they are obviously right to not say anything.
