What is the point of lights on the motorway that are not turned on after dusk ?
Large sections on the M6 & M5 near Birmingham seem to have them off permanently now(not just 00:00- 0500)
It’s so much safer driving with them on, especially when it’s pi55ing with rain.

Companies (and organisations/government departments, but especially commercial companies) who do not publish phone contact numbers for you call when things have gone wrong.

Just a bland message "send us an email with your own number plus your question and we will call you back as soon as we can"

So you wait...and wait...and wait (for hours and sometimes days). For explanation why your promised delivery hasn't actually turned up.
