Cheers Al, I've found out who owns the dog and I think (But not 100% sure) the Police maybe involved.
Very important that the Police are advised and the appropriate action is taken to destroy the dog. It is a menace and very likely to attack again.

We need much stronger laws to protect animals against cruelty and to punish irresponsible dog owners who encourage their dogs to be aggressive
England is far too soft on any kind of violent crime. The whole system in the UK- virtually every institution - is totally farked up. Education, justice, health, transport, law is totally degraded. It's a hard pill to swallow, but it's better to be honest.
God knows what the solution is. Too late, maybe

Defence. The word is Defence. It is spelt with a C and not with an S. In this country we speak English and therefore spell in English. If your spellchecker uses American English change it.

DefenCe. Get it?

Bloody Sky TV, Even though I got rid a few months ago still on a virtually weekly basis flyers from them telling me to come back and they have these "Great Deals" for me. No i left because £144 pm was too expensive and not justifiable and why not offer me these "Great Deals" before i said i was leaving and now i left!!!!
