Little things that annoy you

I'm getting really annoyed with 3 or 4 presenters on BBC World News. They constantly keep interrupting (very rudely and abruptly) their interviewee in midstream with the next question. It's like they don't listen at all. Hate to say it but it's three female interviewers that are particularly annoying. If I was being interviewed I would say "if you interrupt me again I'm farking off".

Names please Mike.

I too find this really annoying.

Sometimes the interviewee needs to be stopped from burbling on and on of course but what annoys you and I is far removed from that.

Emily Maitlis and Kirsty Wark are prime TV offenders but not sure if they are on World News

To be honest, Ali, I don't really know. They aren't household names and are rotated every day. But I'll try to make a note next week. It really gets my goat, though. It's not just the interrupting : it's the tone they use, too. Grrrr.

Yep. I don't really know all those personalities from England. I keep up to date through BBC Radio 4 Sounds, BBC World, CNN and Talksport - a bit crappy but still. Although I seldom watch it for some reason, Al Jazeera is an excellent TV station with excellent historical documentaries. I guess the average English bloke would flinch at hearing that ...🙄.
Anyway, is Piers Morgan an interrupter

Hard to tell. Once he's got hold of the mic nobody else can normally get a word in edgeways.

Good
I find it very interesting : different perspective and stories not often covered by other stations.

Frigging Petrol Leave Blowers..A **** today was using one whilst I was on my walk, just blew all off the leaves into the road, rather than bag them up.

They are 8 times more polluting than a car engine !
Yep,a very small petrol engine but there is no emissions control.
