The car wash on the former Speedway Garage site on Cowick Street. Just noticed yesterday that the site had been completely redeveloped.

Downstairs neighbours who send your missus snotty texts because you had the temerity to prepare tonight's dinner this morning before work in the kitchen that is above his bedroom.

I didn't realise we were only allowed to move about in our home at certain hours of the day.

I would think that it was because, having failed to pay the FPN, to case had to go to court?
Anyhow, Jigzy will be pleased. Presumably the Archbish will now be a fully paid up member of the Anti-LTZ club.
