Bit early to be hoping one team beats another. We're Exeter City we're top of the League But for how long. Three matches tomorrow:-
Barnsley V Portsmouth
Peterborough v Cheltenham Nil
Port Vale V Burton Albion
Let's hope for a draw between the 5th and 6th placed clubs, and a miracle from Burton and we will remain on top! However in reality we may be knocked off the perch (temporarily) by Port Vale which is an amazing achievement considering how they started this season, and a win for either the Tykes or Pompey will see us slip a little further albeit on goal difference. But you never know - Leyton Orient grrrrrr.
Come the end of the season we might have wished the results went the other way. Let's just concentrate on ourselves I say.Indeed. But I think g-n-h was (understandably) looking for a set of results that would keep us top of the league for a few days more at least
Nah, Manager of the Month definitely cursed. No chance for Oxford last Saturday once they got the award. Especially as they were playing a side benefitting from a 'new manager bounce'.Nope, never has been, you only hear about the times when the recipients lose their next game.
