🎶We're Exeter City we're top of the League 🎶 But for how long. Three matches tomorrow:-

Barnsley V Portsmouth
Peterborough v Cheltenham Nil
Port Vale V Burton Albion

Let's hope for a draw between the 5th and 6th placed clubs, and a miracle from Burton and we will remain on top! However in reality we may be knocked off the perch (temporarily) by Port Vale which is an amazing achievement considering how they started this season, and a win for either the Tykes or Pompey will see us slip a little further albeit on goal difference. But you never know - Leyton Orient grrrrrr.

Orient drew at Peterboro on Saturday so are obviously no mugs. I'd take a point there.

As regards Americans buying English clubs, you have to remember that in the USA many sports teams are massive cash cows.

They buy clubs here expecting to make a profit. Look at how the Glazers have milked Man U for example (or Henry at Liverpool).
