Yes , to be fair it takes a certain attitude to succeed in them. Most of the time we haven’t had it so for me it’s autos or nothing.
Short of a fluke goal , penalty or something I can see Blackpool winning this now , they have the mentality.
Believe me I’ve felt the pain too at Wembley :( and in no rush to taste it again....but we can’t just say autos or nothing....what happens if we finish in fourth place we can’t say no we don’t want it...as life long fans we would have to believe it’s going to be our year ( and pray😬) there’s no other way.

Blackpool love the play offs don’t they. From what I’ve seen it looked fully deserved and their manager has done a superb job considering it’s his first role as a 1st team manager.

Yes they did deserve it, pretty awful first 5 or so minutes though if that shot from Grant had been six inches lower early doors they’d have been 2 down.

I’ve seen on social media that Carlisle are carrying out similar pitch renovations like us too.. and again at Hillsborough.

The questions for me would be a) will he be there to spend it? and; b) how much bigger?

Appleton has done a brilliant job at Lincoln this year. I think he'll be doing a significant rebuild this summer as loan players go back to their parent clubs and one or two others may find they get offers from elsewhere too.

L1 next season should be incredibly competitive.

They’ve falling away a bit since around the turn of the year up and until then they were putting teams away quite comfortably and quite eye catching from what I saw on Quest...I think they will feel disappointed with there performance today as they were playing much better than that earlier in the season...overall they are definitely a club with an upward trajectory about them.
