Not league 2 but quite interesting.
Talking of Aldershot, thoroughly recommend David Kynaaston's book "Shots in the dark" which is a diary account of supporting Aldershot through one season - oh the joys and heartaches....actually not unlike supporting Exeter City. Meanwhile...back in in League 2...

Argyle met Orient in the cup last week and are doing a precautionary test on players. Mansfield played them on Saturday who we are of course playing next in L2.

They look a much improved outfit this season from what I’ve seen on tv.

Mansfield testing their players and seeking the advice of the EFL. Will our game on Saturday be postponed?

I don't see how Mansfield's players don't have to self isolate for 14 days if the T&T advice is followed?

Cue the "Bowman still woudn't score" jokes

If the game gets called off you are going to have matches off left, right and centre over the coming months.

Inevitable that there will be, if not this time.

Hence the nonsense (imho) of planning a full 46 game season, plus 3 cups.

Quite so, Premiership and to a lesser extent , Championship are insulated with sponsor monies. The EFL wanted the lower leagues to accompany them playing with no such protection only non existent game receipts a recipe for some going bust.Talk about turkeys voting for Christmas.
