BTW, League 2 is going haywire. Only Cambridge and Port Vale have 10 points from their last 5 games, and Vale have left it too late to make the POs.

absolutely bizarre. We have to play either teams above us or in the bottom four for our last six games (including Southend)

But the form of the teams in the bottom four is all better than the teams in 5-8th place. So on current form, Barrow and Southend more tricky than FGR or Newport. And, on form, unsurprising that we lost to those strugglers ....now if only our form was any good...

Ha..Indeed.
A friend of mine who is a Southend fan reckoned that was the worst thing to happen to the club in hindsight.
They could have regrouped in L2 the next season(19/20) rather than trying to do that in this strange season.
