I suspect that a fair few in our league will have taken out a loan. Cannot see much movement in the next transfer window
No chance of offloading Ajose then. 😩

The Mail on Sunday is reporting that the EFL has placed a number of clubs under transfer embargoes after they took out bridging loans.
So, these clubs have no money, yet the EFL still find it necessary to put them under a transfer embargo, to stop them incurring additional costs which they can't afford. Only in football....

Late postponement of Southend vs Cambridge because of Covid cases. Cambridge very unhappy

Probably saw it as a stick on three points.

In RaWZ we trust....Amen.
Kevin Ellison 42 in a couple of months scored the winner for Newport today..He must be one of the oldest scorers in the FL in recent years probably since Tony Ford at Rochdale who was regularly playing until the age of 42(2001)

A few more seasons to beat Stanley Matthews or Billy Merediths record.

That made me think of little Curo all over again .He must have been nearly forty when he finished in the league.Oh to have him back now but ten years younger.

Danny Bulman at Crawley is a few months older than Ellison, so could be another potential 'contender'.
