Lack of class by the vale fans, but until the EFL do something about it,then it will keep happening !
What do you propose the EFL should do?

Hopefully with all the bad stuff on film there will be arrests and prosecutions.

Does not solve the wider issues of pitch invasions of course.

Have a bad feeling that Vale will use the momentum of this and beat Mansfield now.Swindon can’t argue , they were given a great start with those penalties. No west country derby now.

McKirdy should report an assault to the Police. It wouldn't be hard to prosecute as the idiot decided to attack him live on national TV.

If a stranger came into my place of work and punched me in the face I'd be reporting them.

Ah yes I know Snoop , but it would be lovely for the fans to have yet another one and another game easy to travel too for City too.

A very proper apology from Darrell Clarke for his poor behaviour leading to the red card

In fairness to Darryl Clarke he has just given a whole hearted apology for his behaviour, said he's had a really emotional time and he didn't know what came over him and emotion got the better of him. Respect.

Insist that clubs have a plan in place to protect visiting players, like we did at SJP,and if they don’t give them a hefty fine or a points deduction for the following season,it’s not rocket science

We had a bunch of stewards with a rope, hardly Fort Knox. No rope for the Barrow game, so were we inadequately prepared for that one? If an idiot wanted to get to the Barrow or Vale players at SJP they would have done, but thankfully our fan base is pretty sound.

No doubt there is a growing issue in football, but points deductions is a ludicrous idea. It wont stop p*ssed up day trippers doing something stupid for the big games. In the same way the loser with the mullet wouldn’t leave the pitch as SJP on the final day. Idiots will always be idiots.
Hefty bans and criminal charges for the individuals is the only way to stop idiots being idiots imo.
