There is a fascinating interview on the FT website with Simon Hallett - 'So you want to run a football club?'- and it is a lot more realistic than many of the more rose-tinted profiles of that lot down on the road. Apparently Hallett has invested 14 million, the club is still running at a loss and not much sign of their academy turning into the hoped-for 'talent factory.'
