Apart from the distances, it will also depend on how well they're doing in the League, the time of the year, the day of the week et al. I guess that could be said for any match

. One would imagine it ought logically to be immediately after promotions are actually ratified at the EFL AGM (in June?) when it would be of most help to cashflow during the barren early summer months but don't know for sure. Anyone here confirm the answer?
