Yes. And also an opportunity for Tiverton to take a very close look at some of our youngsters who could benefit from a spell with them. We have had some very successful returns from Tivvy loans in recent times (Randall,Key?)
Dyer and Smerdon have also done well there but not yet broken through. It's a shame that Morison's and Diabate's loans this season have been cut short as they were impressing as well.

Joel actually struggled to get in at Tiverton - mainly because Dodge doesn't do wingers. Josh adapted well to wing back though. Joel had a better time at Weston.

One would hope that Ollie's England call up can only increase the chances of the non league clubs wanting to take our youngsters on loan.

Abit of old news, although not sure it's been picked up on Exeweb yet, the club is advertising for a Chief Commercial Officer, which seems to be an entirely new role; https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/2464522765/?refId=PlRpnkVQQnaQFUr5q6nw1g==

With the investments round the club (including the scoreboard) this seems to be a sensible move. This, plus the recently advertised Internal Audit role, definitely seem to demonstrate the ever increasing professionalism around the business side of the club!

Well done to all who have co-ordinated this collection.
Still ongoing the collection for recycling of aluminium cans...Crush them, put in a carrier & drop off at SJP when you are passing SJP or next season on a matchday.

Just to add a bit more to Matt's post, there were 9 dumpy bags full of crushed cans, plus numerous bags of non crushed cans, probably equal to another dumpy bag,[uncrushed because the crusher has decided to stop playing! Hmm something interesting there!]
It'll be tomorrow or Monday before we get the weighbridge ticket, but my estimation is somewhere around 650kg, that equals approx. £580. That takes us to just shy of £3K for the season and we still have a few more weeks to go! A huge "thank-you" to ALL who collect cans for us and, drink all that beer/cider etc for no personal gain, but in the name of charity!

Walking past SJP earlier. It looks like the pitch renovations are starting at the double.
The carpark is fenced off, with about 20 tons of sand delivered earlier today. Some heavy machinery turned up this afternoon.
