That advertised U18 coaching vacancy is I think the one Kevin Nicholson had before he stepped up after Matt’s departure.
Maybe that means he’s been slotted into either Wayne Carlisle or Jon Hill’s former role.

No, that is Aaron Pugh. Kev was Head of Coaching and Player Development, which Brad-Lee Miller has taken over, before Kev became U18 Lead Coach following Chad Gribble's departure.
