Bulletproof 2019. A veteran cop and his rookie officer colleague patrol the city in their car across a single night. Action drama with lots of nasty stuff for them to deal with throughout. Gritty well acted , enjoyed it 8/10.

I believe there's four John Wick films so I've got some catching up to do. Judging by the first It'll probally be bang bang you're dead throughout.

Operation Finale. Watched this afternoon on Netflix. Tells the story of Israel's "Kidnapping" of Adolf Eichmann, The man who masterminded the logistics of sending millions of Jews to their deaths in the camps. Not so much about his trial (The real footage of the trial was shown at the end) but how they found him 15 years after the war hiding and working as a foreman in a Mercedes Benz factory in Argentina, How the Mossad agents got him, Hid him for 10+ days from Argentine (Crooked) Police and Nazi sympathisers and finally got him onto a plane bound for Israel. Most of the agents lost relatives during the Holocaust but somehow knew it was more important to bring him to trial rather than just a quick bullet in the head, Even though they wanted to. Worth a watch 7.5/10.

That is a very interesting film.A few moral dilemmas for the Israelis.

Argentina along with a few other South American countries were perfect hideouts for former Nazi criminals

You only have to look at the political views of some leaders in S America since the war and to this day why a lot of Nazis took shelter there. In Argentina and Uruguay there are German communities that have been around for decades.

Yep..The Military Junta in Argentina in the mid 1970s until defeat in the Falklands were responsible for 1,000s of “the disappeared” & chillingly had a Crematorium imported which raised eyebrows at the time.
General Pinochet in Chile after the 1973 Coup.

They were good friends.Maggie would go around for tea after he was detained under house arrest when a Spanish Judge requested his extradition.
Very awkward for Blair’s government at the time, but due process had to be followed.

There was collusion between the UK & Chile during the Falklands War.All the other South America country’s were sympathetic to the Argentine claim.
Hence Pinochet felt safe in the UK,which he was.it was the Spanish who wanted him.
