It’s not a bad idea but what happens if we only play two cup games?

How about any ST holder who doesn’t ask for a refund are given the option of reduced cost of travel to an away game or food/drink at games?

I think it'll be best to keep things simple rather than swap one ticket for another which will cause problems to administer.
I would work out the monetary value for the lost games (Price paid divided by 23 times 5).
Offer that as the refund.
Supporters can then decide individually whether to accept the refund or not and what to use it towards.
