I rarely buy home match programmes but did so for Barrow and Port Vale. I usually buy one at away games and notice that most other clubs not doing as well as we are have maximised commercial opportunities. A few years ago we also pretty much sold out the shirt sponsor section (courtesy of Andy Gillard's dilligence). I was really shocked that there were many, way too many spaces for shirt sponsors still unallocated in the programme. They should really sell themselves in a promotion season so clearly on that basis the commercial side isnt optimised I would argue.Is the commercial side of the club optimised?
