OFFICIAL RESULT

The Tie Break Committee sat deep into the night and resumed over morning coffee.

A first review of the workings of the Gang of Eight predicting 7 points identified that Ashford Grecian, CWH-NYC_ and fred binneys head all had two correct results. In each case the Portsmouth and MK Dons results. The other five entries with less correct results were eliminated.

It then came down to goals scored in the correctly predicted results. Only fbh got one spot on with the 2-0 Portsmouth defeat so he edges out CWH-NYC_ who called that one 1-0

As regards biscuits, several varieties were offered and consumed. These, kindly donated by Elgy, were my favourites.
