I don't really blame him for chasing the money either. It's not like he's spent years in the Premier League and doesn't need it and nor is it like he owed us any great loyalty (lets not forget when we first signed him we only gave him a 6 month contract!)

Not we didn't, we couldn't afford to match Cheltenham's wages, but hay that's history Bitts, would I have him back for one last season, yep some players just fit with certain teams.

Not saying it wasn't true but it might have been that JC was on more money than JO'F and so if he was only going to keep one he kept the cheaper one.

I think John Oflynn took a couple pay cuts to stay with us I would think he was on a fair wedge when he first arrived after that silver season he had at Barnet.

He should have been paying us by the end. Can't believe Cureton earned more than Parkin and o Flynn put together.
