Exeter's Jack Nowell, who lost his place in the England side against France at Twickenham after apparently having time off from training, regains the No14 shirt when he lines up against the Welsh at Cardiff.

Big, big day for him and the others in that cauldron of anti English hatred that is the Principality Stadium when we come to town. It is the only place left where racism is completely acceptable.

Hope Nowell plays well and England mullah them.

Phew, indeed, a great sporting contest, and a great victory against a worthy opponent. Proper !

Astounding level of fitness these days; watching 19 stone lock Exeter born Joe Launchbury, covering ground like a gazelle, tackling and running as if wearing a 12 or 13 is a sight to behold. I can remember the days of Maurice Colclough huffing and puffing, arriving late to scrums which was his only input !

Jack wasn't allowed too much room in attack, kudos to the Welsh defence, but defensively he did very well especially when mopping up one particular Welsh break near the line. Great stuff.

Murrayfield can give Cardiff a run for its money when it comes to anti-Englishness!

This England team isn't short of bottle. Great result.

Speaking of which, I had to laugh at Austin Healey having a pop at Jonathan Davies(@jiffyRugby) on twitter by saying, "Heard of some bias in commentary before but this is special." I believe Brian Moore had to remind Davies of his 'supposed' impartiality.

Nowell on the bench on Sunday and as such becomes one of the " finishers".

Expect him to score.

Far away across the field
Got a couple of tries. All the Chief players seem to have done well.

Strange match. Good to see Henry Slade get his 6 Nations debut and Campagnaro get a good, if poorly defended, try too.

Very strange first half for sure. 3 Chiefs players on the field, 3 tries scored by Chiefs including a brace for Jack, and great offload from our 'enery.

Exeter-born Joe Launchbury MoM once again, although I'd have gone for Itoje.
