Who exactly sacks the board? It's the board that does the sacking!

Unfortunately with our unique situation with the farcical 'we own our club' situation, the Trust Board has slowly but surely allowed control of our club to slip away, so that now the Club Board appear to do pretty much what they want, and they let the Trust Board know if they feel inclined. You've got Conway, flitting around between the two factions (under his present apparent remit) which I think is totally wrong, as there can be no level of 'secrecy' between the two while that situation prevails. Were *****ed mate, almost like the R&L days over again, except, with the amount of legal input on the club board, you can bet your life theres nothing illegal or unlawful going on.

It certainly is NOT the time to boo IMO.

What the team need at present is all the support that we can give them. Telling them repeatedly that they are ****** will only lead to them believing that claim is true. As a result there will be no improvement in their confidence and as a result no improvement in their form. Booing is negative and non-productive, it achieves nothing other that self- gratification for those that choose to do it.

I would much prefer that disgruntled fans chose not to attend games as a form of protest rather than attending them and making the problem worse.

Yesterday's game for instance was played in atrocious conditions for both teams. Neither of them played particularly well, but there was no lack of effort from either team. Had we booed City yesterday because they had lost away from home after putting in a lot of effort, what effect would that have had on the players?

The time as come to join forces and urge the the players on in the hope that their confidence will improve and lead to an improvement in the results. When your back is against the wall, you unite, you don't give up or give in.

Backing Gary Caldwell, thanks Matt and good luck.
Wont be there on Tuesday as don't generally make midweeks whether we are doing well or not, but would suggest silence for Tisdale when he walks out. Then get behind the team but shout constructive criticism if things are starting to go wrong.

If it becomes obvious the game is lost late on and performance has been poor would say let Tisdale know what you think as loudly as possible. It wouldn't be easy to organise but the other ways to make a point would be for pretty much everyone to walk out with five mins left leaving the game to finish in front of no more than hundreds of people dotted about, or for people to turn around and face away from the pitch in silence for a similar time.

This is only really applicable if we have no chance of salvaging something from the match in question, if we are in with a chance then the reaction has to be at the final whistle as strong as possible. Don't buy the luck thing as you make your own. The sides who end up down the bottom deserve to be there.

Always get behind the team during the 90 mins , if at the end they haven't performed to an acceptable standard or produced value for money then boo if you feel fit.

I personally wouldn't boo , it doesn't mean anything and the players confidence is at rock bottom already.

Thing is has the confidence hit rock bottom in last three games or were Torquay just really awful?, as while it could have been different if they had gone ahead we took our three goals very well and didn't look short of confidence in over half of that game.

Booing the team isn't the answer in my opinion.

The young players are showing fight, it's the manager that's the problem.

At end of the game, Tisdale out, Tisdale out etc to get the point across?!
