Yes, but the third candidate is to the right of Erdogan who himself got 49.4%:(
Thank you. I have not been following the detail.

One thing to be pleased by is that, for all Erdogan is an unpleasant authoritarian who jails journalists, disqualifies candidates and clamps down on freedom of expression, his machinations do not seem to extend to falsifying electoral results.

Doing this in the middle of a war would meet the definition of treason anywhere let alone Russia. It seems as though he is daring Putin to have him killed and just ups the ante every time his statements are ignored:

Maybe, it's just a massive misinformation campaign, designed in this way to make them look very separate.

I certainly don't trust what comes out of Putin or Prigozhin's mouths.

The part about him contacting Ukrainian intelligence and offering information on Russian military positions could well be a Ukrainian intelligence operation designed to sow division. However, it is on top of numerous statements that he has himself made which are highly critical of the leadership of the Russian military and increasingly veering towards direct criticism of Putin. Anybody else doing what he has been doing would already be dead. I don't see that it could be a Russian intelligence operation designed to make it look like there is division when all is rosy because I can't see what the angle could be in describing the Russian army as incompetent, criticisms that will ring true with many Russians.

Oh I see what you’re doing, because Russia isn’t winning this war as you thought and maybe wished it would, you now seek to suggest that Ukraine should be winning it quicker. 🤣

There is no proof at all (so far anyway, they would be a priority target so it wouldn't be a huge surprise) that Russia actually did destroy a Patriot. They put out codswallop claims all the time; according to them they have destroyed many more HIMARS launchers than have been sent in total. Ukraine is instead claiming they downed six hypersonic missiles with the system on top of one last week that the US has said they have high confidence was downed by Patriot. Seems they accounted for at least one more of the six Ukraine is claiming:

However, last night did see probably the most intensive use of Patriot in history as Russia tried (and failed) to overwhelm Kyiv's air defence:

In any event there is nothing special about hitting SAM batteries. Ukraine does it pretty much daily and, unlike Russia, bothers with that little thing called proof:

Ok fair enough Phil. But using your military skills and expertise what's your best guestimate of how long it will take before Russia surrenders/gives up and her troops leave Ukraine?
